Rosemary Morrow est océanographe CNAP au LEGOS depuis 1992, et travaille au Service Nationale d'Observation CTOH, dédié à l'altimétrie satellitaire. Elle est spécialisée dans la dynamique océanique à méso-échelle, en utilisant principalement l'altimétrie et les observations in-situ. Elle est le responsable scientifique du projet SURVOSTRAL : suivi in-situ de la température et de la salinité de l'océan Austral depuis 1992 à bord de l'Astrolabe. Elle enseigne à l'Université de Toulouse III. Depuis 2009, Rosemary est nommée Project Scientist du CNES pour les missions altimétriques Jason (2009-2012) et pour la future mission d'altimétrie-interférométrie SWOT (depuis 2009).
