International context

AMOP involves 14 research units in France, 8 research units from 3 Institutes in Peru and 8 Institutions in 6 other countries (Chile, Denmark, Germany, Mexico, Spain, USA) acting as an international consortium on the deoxygenation topic (~70 participants). It is associated with new programs, both in terms of themes and multidisciplinary approaches, Regional (RTRA/MAISOE; ICE), European (SenseOCEAN; HYPOX, EURO-ARGO; EUR-OCEANS) and International (ARGO-O2; GO2NE; SOLAS (Mid-Term Strategy on OMS-EBUES); IMBER; CLIVAR; GEOTRACES; FUTURE EARTH).
