SARGASSUM MODEL

The Sargassum model is built upon the standard NEMO code (release 4.0.1, rev 11533). The reference code can be downloaded from the NEMO website (http://www.nemo-ocean.eu/, last access: 11 September 2019). The NEMO code modified to include the Sargassum physiology and transport is available in the Zenodo archive (Jouanno and Benshila, 2020, https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4275901). Forcing fields for the year 2017 are also included in the Zenodo archive.
