Licensing issues prevent us from openly distributing the Pléiades ortho-images. They are available after signing the Pléiades institutional scientific licence to be requested to the French space agency CNES. The contact point is:

The 5-yr elevation change products cannot be accessed yet on a map server. They are available upon request to etienne.berthierNO SPAM -- FILTER@NO SPAM -- FILTERuniv-tlse3.fr. As soon as a distribution platform is operational, it will be advertised on this website.
You can download here a zip file containing the quick-looks (as Google Earth KML) of all images acquired so far.
For EU academics, new on-demand Pleiades stereo acquisitions can be requested to CNES at the cost of 1.8 euros / km² (i.e. 3.6 km² of stereo coverage). You can email CNES – dinamisNO SPAM -- FILTER@NO SPAM -- FILTERcnes.fr to make your request.
